Welcome to OneCast! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OneCast mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using OneCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Using OneCast

OneCast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that OneCast will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of OneCast after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
